General Guidelines for Returns:
Our apparel is custom made especially for you so we are unable to take returns on these items other than for the following reasons:
You received the wrong item. We check all shipments carefully to make sure you receive what you ordered, but mistakes can happen. If you received an item you did not order, please send a photo of the item to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number so we can get you the correct item right away.
Although quality is our top priority, it can happen that a damaged item is shipped out by mistake. If you find any damage or defect in manufacturing please email us at email@example.com with a picture of the defective item so we may replace it for you.
You ordered the wrong size. No problem. If the item is in stock and still available on our website, and as long as the garment has not been worn, washed and is in its original condition, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org letting us know that you would like to exchange the item for the correct size. Once we confirm we can get you the correct size, please send back your purchase and in the package please include a note stating your name, original order number and why you are returning the item. Re-order the correct item on our website (make sure to NOTE on your order that this is a return purchase) and we will issue a credit for the garment you retuned minus any shipping and handling that may be incurred to send the new package.
Please don’t take it personally, but personalized items are not eligible for return. If the product is monogrammed incorrectly, or the product is received damaged or defective our standard return policy will apply.
Unfortunately, we cannot take any international returns at this time.
