General Guidelines for Returns:

You received the wrong item.  We check all shipments carefully to make sure you receive what you ordered, but mistakes can happen. If you received an item you did not order, please email us at marketing@sugarlulu.com with your order number and a picture or description of what was wrong so we can get you the correct item.We will provide a call tag for you to return the product at no cost to you.

Although quality is our top priority, it can happen that a damaged item is shipped out by mistake.  If you find any damage or defect in manufacturing please email us at marketing@sugarlulu.com with a picture of the defective item so we may replace it for you. We will provide a call tag for you to return the product at no cost to you.

You ordered the wrong size. No problem. If the item is in stock and still available on our website, and as long as the garment has not been worn, washed and is in its original condition, email us at marketing@sugarlulu.com letting us know that you would like to exchange the item for the correct size. Once we confirm we can get you the correct size, we will give you a code to reorder the item on our website at no cost to you. You will only be responsible for the shipping.  Once you place your order, please send back your purchase with the form that we will email to you after our conversation or receipt of your email.  Please download and fill out all the info on the form including:  your name, new size needed, original order number and your new order number and why you are returning the item. Once we receive your return we will process your request and ship out the new garment in the correct size.

Please don’t take it personally, but personalized items are not eligible for return. If the product is monogrammed incorrectly, or the product is received damaged or defective our standard return policy will apply.

Unfortunately, we cannot take any international returns at this time.

Gift cards are non-returnable and non refundable

Returns for any reason must be within 10 days of receipt of your order.
