SOLID WHITE BACKGROUND is great to be considered for a website or catalog feature! Many brands need these kind of pics.
TIPS FOR TAKING PICS WITH YOUR PHONE:
- Wipe your lens off before you start to get sharper and clearer shots
- Try aiming your phone up towards model
- Try aiming your phone down towards model
- Try angling the phone so you tilt the shot
- Instead of zooming in on the shot, crop it later to get a zoomed in shot with more flexibility on cropping the image
- Choose a background that is not cluttered and works with your outfit (no wall outlets, appliances etc that will take away from your photo)
- Get silly, not all photos have to be posed
- Capture pics when your model is not looking at the camera (playing, jumping, laughing, on her phone etc)
- Check your lighting to make sure the picture is not too dark or too light
- Try filters and other editing tools on your phone and available on Instagram
- Use apps to add fun elements to your pics (many are free on the App Store/Google Play)
- Try making a Boomerang in between pics and have some fun with this
- Shoot some video footage right on your phone. Make sure the camera is turned on its side when you shoot. This can be edited to use for your feed and sent to us to include in bigger campaigns!!
- Most of all just have fun!
