Shipping

Orders ship from our facility in Connecticut, usually within two business days per the shipping method that you select at checkout.  Orders generally arrive within 3-7 business days depending on the shipping method you specify, unless they are on back order.  International and custom orders generally take a bit longer.

We do our best to keep the inventory updated on our website, but if you order a size that isn't available or an item that is on backorder, we will contact you with updates.

If you order a Model Squad Box, they ship per our box drop schedule as noted on the page.  If you order between cycles and we have inventory available, we may contact you to plan your shipments accordingly.
